Doctrines!

JWs do not Receive the Holy Spirit!

They falsely teach that the baptism of the Holy Spirit is only for 144,000!

By Nab B.

Your organization teaches that only those of the 144,000 are anointed by the Holy Spirit! How could that be when Jesus said that ALL must be born-again (by the Holy Spirit) to see and enter the kingdom of God?

The organization method of Salvation

They falsely teach one can enter that kingdom by being an active baptized member of the organization. This is stated in their 2nd baptismal contractual question of the JW organization manual:

Do you understand that your baptism identifies you as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses in association with Jehovah’s organization?”

This makes your dedication and baptism extend to a man-made organization rather than exclusively in the name of Jesus Christ!

"Except Anyone be Born from Above"

Jesus tells us the definite way of how to enter God's Kingdom. He told Nicodemus:

"Jesus answered and said to him, "Truly, truly, I say to you, except ANYONE be born from above, he is not able to SEE [spiritually see or perceive] the kingdom of God."

"Unless ANYONE be born of water and of the Spirit, he is not able to ENTER into the kingdom of God." (John 3:3-8) Berean Literal Bible

Jesus was not talking about two hopes, two groups, and two methods. There is only one way into the Kingdom of God, which is what Jesus said, "Be born from above...of the Spirit."

Reasons for Hiding Your Inheritance!

According to Jesus, Jehovah's Witnesses seem to be unable to ENTER the Kingdom of God, simply because most are not born-again believers who are anointed by the Holy Spirit! It’s misleading to teach that 144,000 are the only anointed (born-again) ones when Jesus meant ANYONE and everyone without limit. You will need to check my article on the symbolic meaning of the number 144,000 here: Who are the 144,000 and the Great Crowd?

Why does your organization hide the necessity that ALL eight million Jehovah’s Witnesses must be born-again or anointed?

There are two possible reasons:

Needless to say, both possibilities are disastrous! This effectively shuts you and many others out of the kingdom of God. In such a case, Jesus’ words apply equally to the JW organization as they did to the Pharisees:

“But woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites, because you shut the kingdom of heaven in front of people; for you do not enter it yourselves, nor do you allow those who are entering to go in.” (Matt 23:13)

I hope and pray you think seriously about this to urge you to claim what was taken away from you, your inheritance in Christ of being born-again sons and daughters of God.
